Vehicles are available to be collected or returned, at our various Airports at all hours, or they can be delivered and collected to, and from, the address you require, during the hours of 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 09:00 to 12:00. A delivery charge may apply.
Should you require Chauffeur Drive or Tour Guide Services, we are able to provide you either with a general Driver, or a Registered Tour Guide – once again, these services are available Nationally and beyond our borders into Namibia an Botswana.

COVID-19 DELIVERY/COLLECTION PROTOCOL
Due to the strict regulations during COVID-19 Level 3, restrictions have required
HOUT BAY CAR HIRE
to handle Delivery and Collection differently to conform to all new regulations.
Delivery of vehicle to Customers:
All rental agents will wear PPE’s as per government legislation, namely washable face masks.
Vehicles will be sanitized in advance and proof of Sanitizer Certificate will accompany vehicles.
Steering wheel, gear lever, handbrake lever and seat covers will be fitted to all vehicles before delivery, and after collection.
